We now have a fully functioning toilet at the club! No more trekking across the field to the Sports Centre in the middle of matches!

The Club is very grateful to the members who have put in a great deal of time and effort on this project - particularly Keith, Ches and Brian. Without their efforts, the cost to the Club would have been considerably higher.

After many months of form-filling to try to acquire funding for the latest improvement project at the Club, we were finally in a position to go ahead in April.

We are grateful to Aylesbury Vale Community Chest, the Bucks Community Foundation, Aylesbury Vale Joint Sports Council, and Bierton with Broughton Parish Council for giving us grants to enable us to build an extension to the current Club hut.

This incorporates a toilet, a changing room and a storage area for equipment. It has required the installation of a cesspit, since we are not connected to the main sewers.

The first phase involved the demolition of the  old storage shed . Many thanks to the volunteers who gave up their time on a Saturday to help with this! (See photo gallery)
